EveryCord or Facebook Live: how to put your iPhone screen on Facebook
Facebook Live is free in the Facebook app, but Facebook's help pages, read on October 21, 2026, require an account at least 60 days old and 100 followers on a Page or professional mode profile, and put screen sharing in Live Producer on a computer. EveryCord, also free, streams the whole iPhone screen to Facebook as a custom RTMPS output with the server URL and stream key, and to YouTube and Twitch at the same time.

Going live from the Facebook app
Facebook's help pages state the same requirements everywhere: your account must be at least 60 days old, your Page or professional mode profile needs at least 100 followers, and going live from a Page needs Facebook access or task access to create content.
In the app you tap What's on your mind, then Live video, choose your audience, add a description and effects, and tap Go live. Page lives are Public by default. Tap Finish to end. Published Live videos stay on your Page or profile for 30 days, then they are removed.
You can invite up to three guests to a Live video, and Facebook says that feature is only available on mobile. Screen sharing is listed under Live Producer, and the page says you need a desktop or laptop computer to use it.

Streaming software: server URL and stream key
Facebook's streaming software page says the feature is only available on a computer. At facebook.com/live/create you choose where the video appears, select Streaming software as the source, and copy the Server URL and stream key. Facebook says to enable a secure RTMPS connection if your software supports it.
A standard key is valid only for the current stream, and once your encoder starts you have up to 5 hours to go live. A persistent stream key, turned on under Advanced Settings, can be reused, one live video at a time. Anyone with the key can stream to your post.
Facebook Gaming works the same way: a gaming video creator Page, a stream key from the Creator portal, and an encoder. Live videos can run up to 8 hours.
Where EveryCord fits
EveryCord streams the iPhone or iPad screen to any RTMP or RTMPS server with a stream key, so Facebook Live is a custom output. Copy the Server URL and key from Facebook's setup page, paste them into EveryCord, start the broadcast from Apple's recording controls, then click Go live on Facebook when the preview appears.
The same broadcast can also go to YouTube and Twitch, up to three outputs, each straight from the device at up to 720p at 30 fps and about 3 Mbps. If one output drops, the others keep running. No EveryCord account is needed for a custom RTMP output.
Facebook's own requirements still apply to your account. EveryCord adds no follower or age rule, and when you are not live it saves screen recordings with no watermark or time limit.
