How to stream your iPhone screen to Kick with EveryCord

To stream your iPhone screen to Kick, copy the stream URL and key from Kick's Creator Dashboard, add them as a custom RTMPS output in EveryCord, select the outputs you want, then pick EveryCord in Apple's screen recording controls and confirm Start Broadcast. EveryCord is free, with no subscription, and can send the same screen to YouTube and Twitch at the same time. Plan on about 3 Mbps of upload per output. Kick details are from Kick's help center, read on October 21, 2026.

Before you start

You need a Kick account with a stream key, and EveryCord from the App Store on an iPhone or iPad running iOS 15 or iPadOS 15 or later. EveryCord is free with no subscription or paid upgrade, and a custom RTMP output needs no EveryCord account.

Kick's mobile streaming article notes that third-party apps such as Streamlabs cannot set your stream title and category, so set them on kick.com first. Keep your stream key private; anyone who has it can stream to your channel.

Steps

  1. In a browser, sign in to kick.com and open the Creator Dashboard. Click Channel, then Stream URL and Key. Copy the stream URL and the stream key. If you ever need a new key, use the Reset button on the same page.
  2. Set your stream title and category in the Creator Dashboard, so the stream appears in the right place on Kick.
  3. Install EveryCord from the App Store and open it. In the live streaming section, add a custom RTMP output. Paste the Kick stream URL, which begins with rtmps://, and the stream key. Name the output Kick.
  4. Optional: add YouTube or Twitch by signing in to those services inside EveryCord. You can run up to three outputs at once.
  5. Select the outputs for this stream. Leave out anything you do not want to use today.
  6. Start the broadcast: open Apple's screen recording controls, pick EveryCord, and confirm Start Broadcast. Then open the game or app you want to show.
  7. Check the Live monitor in EveryCord to see that each output is live. If one output drops, the others keep running, so you can fix that one without stopping the stream.
  8. When you are done, stop the broadcast from the recording controls. Open kick.com to confirm the channel shows as offline.

Where the Kick app may suit you better

Kick's own KICK - Go Live app is the camera alternative. It is iPhone only, needs iOS 18.0 or later, works with any KICK account, and streams the front and back camera at the same time. It can also share the entire screen, but turning that on turns the camera off.

  • You want a camera stream to Kick with the fewest steps and no stream key.
  • You want both cameras in the frame, or 1080p at 60 fps on Kick.
  • You want to read Kick chat on the same phone; the app shows chat read-only.

Where EveryCord may suit you better

  • You want the same screen on Kick, YouTube and Twitch at once, each output straight from the device.
  • You stream from an iPad, or from an iPhone that is not on iOS 18.
  • You want a camera bubble over the screen with Show my camera (iOS 18 or later, free account), or co-hosts on camera from their own iPhones.
  • You also want recordings with no watermark or time limit, captions and an editor in the same app.

Bandwidth and quality

EveryCord sends each output at up to 720p at 30 fps, which uses about 3 Mbps of upload. Two outputs need about 6 Mbps and three need about 9 Mbps. Kick's help center advises keeping your bitrate under half your upload speed, so test your connection first.

Kick accepts up to 1080p at 60 fps and 8,000 kbps from desktop encoders, so a 720p stream from EveryCord is within its limits. If the Live monitor shows an output dropping, remove a second output or move closer to your Wi-Fi router.

Kick Partners who also stream to Twitch or YouTube must turn on Kick's Multistreaming toggle, which reduces payout by 50% for that session. Kick's article does not describe rules for non-Partners.
