EveryCord and the built-in iPhone screen recorder

The Screen Recording control built into iOS and iPadOS is free and records your screen, with your microphone if you turn it on, to Photos. EveryCord is a free app that records your screen too and adds what the built-in recorder does not describe: a facecam, automatic captions, a video editor and live streaming to up to three platforms at once, with no watermark.

Yes. Record your screen with EveryCord, then choose Add facecam on the recording.
